Itinerary at a Glance (10 Days/9 Nights)

South India, October 15 – 24, 2018

DAY 1   Arrival day into Kochi International Airport & private transfer to Guest House

DAY 2   Mid-morning Yoga, Opening Circle & Welcome Lunch with afternoon sightseeing in Fort Kochi

DAY 3   Early morning flight to our Ayurvedic Retreat Centre, orientation & initial Doctor’s Consultations

DAY 4 – 9   Daily Puja, Pranayama, Mantra, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Japa Meditation, Journaling, Massage, Ayurvedic Treatments, Doctor Consultations, Wellness Workshops, Women’s Circles, Satsang & Kirtan

DAY 10   Final Puja followed by our ‘Closing Circle’, breakfast & drive back to Kochi International Airport

6am – Pranayama & Hatha Yoga

7:45am – Journaling, Mantra Practice & Japa Meditation

9am – Breakfast

10am – Wellness Workshops

12pm – Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation)

1pm – Lunch

4:30pm – Hatha Yoga

5:30pm – Dinner

6:15pm – Puja

Please note that you will also have a 30 minute doctors appointment and 1 hour Ayurvedic treatment scheduled daily and all activities are highly recommended but completely optional.
